Who
We Are
We’re Brittany and Vicky, and we founded Oak and Perch Therapy in 2026. We know how much the world asks of you, and how difficult it can be to navigate the ebbs and flows of life. Our practice is a quiet, safe branch amidst the noise, a place where you can finally stop, fold your wings, and just breathe.
Whether you are navigating depression, anxiety, or the deep weight of grief and loss, we offer a steady place to land.
We believe that a "perch" isn’t a permanent place to stay, but a vital one; it’s where you catch your breath, look back at how far you’ve come, and gather the strength to decide where you want to go next.
If you’re feeling weathered by life and need a moment to reset, we’d love to meet you. Please reach out to book a free 20-minute consultation call and see if our branch feels like the right fit for you.

Services

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length and are offered in-office, via secure video, or as walk-and-talk sessions. Please note that we are not offering couples or family therapy at this time.

Extended Session
Sometimes 50 minutes doesn’t feel like enough time to fully explore what’s coming up. We offer 80-minute sessions for those who would like more space to deepen their work.

Walk & Talk
In addition to in-office and online therapy, we offer walk-and-talk sessions for clients who prefer a more active setting. We have selected several routes in Abbotsford and Mission that are safe, private, and well-suited for therapeutic work. Walk-and-talk sessions are available in 50- or 80-minute formats.

These Nations have been stewards of this land since time immemorial, and their histories, cultures, and ongoing presence are deeply connected to it. We are grateful to live and work on this land and are committed to the work of reconciliation.
