Oak & Perch Therapy

About Us
Oak and Perch Therapy was founded by Vicky and Brittany who share a commitment to thoughtful, relational counselling.
They believe therapy works best when it is grounded in safety, curiosity, and respect for each person’s lived experience.
As clinicians, they are committed to transparency and accountability through registration with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors, ongoing clinical supervision, and engagement in their own personal therapy. Together, they created Oak and Perch as a place where adults can pause, reflect, and move forward with support.
